Highlights:

Go to our workshop page to learn more about the Farm Energy Conservation Social we are hosting for farmers. A.J. Ballard, and energy auditor with Efficiency Maine will give a PowerPoint presentation covering topics such as farm energy audits, reduction of energy consumption and financial programs. USDA Rural Development, Farm Service Agency and Natural Resources Conservation service will provide information about financial programs available. There will be plenty of time for networking opportunities as well. Pre register by September 10th 2008.

Come to a Homeowner's Energy Conservation Workshop for October 8, 2008 at 6:30pm in the Lewiston City Hall's Council Meeting Room. Guest speakers include: a representative from Maine Housing Authority; Community Concepts; Ron Desrosier with Resource Conservation & Development's Time and Tide; Stephen Carr, energy audit consultant. Cost is only $7 per person. Not only will you hear some great presentations but you will walk away with hands outs that will show you some quick, easy and inexpensive ways to save. Pre register by September 29th, 2008 by submitting payment.
